Curb Appeal Detailing

Curb Appeal Detailing is designed for homeowners in the process of selling their home, providing essential touch-ups to maximize visual appeal. This service includes a one-time monthly cleanup and detailing of pots, plants, and hardscapes within the designated design area. We also refresh outdoor seasonal decor, ensuring the property looks inviting at all times.

  • Frequency: Minimum of one service per month

  • Contract: Month-to-month, renewable

  • Pricing: Flat rate, paid one month in advance

Annual Color Design Detailing

Our Annual Color Design Detailing is the most intensive package, intended for properties needing weekly upkeep to keep annuals fresh, vibrant, and “magazine-ready” all season. This service includes all aspects of landscape detailing, with a focus on keeping annuals blooming and healthy, from containers to garden beds. Specific attention is given to entertaining areas and event timing, with blooms timed to coincide with events if notified 3-4 weeks in advance (subject to natural variables).

  • Frequency: Weekly service from June through October, with winter preparation included

  • Pricing: $50 per hour, minimum of 1 hour per week

  • Goal: Stunning, photo-ready landscapes tailored to events and special gatherings

Landscape Design Detailing

Our Landscape Design Detailing package is a comprehensive, full-season service intended to preserve and enhance the original landscape design. Beginning in February or March, this package includes essential maintenance and care to sustain the landscape’s integrity, including deadheading, pruning, thinning, dividing, and removing dead foliage or spent flowers. We also offer bloom-specific feeding and training to optimize seasonal blooms.

Service Schedule:

  • February/March to June: Detailing once per month, starting with heavier pruning

  • June to September: Twice per month for ongoing maintenance

  • October: As needed (1-3 times), including winter preparation and storage, which must remain on site.

Terms and Payment:

  • Contract: Divided into three-month intervals

    • Initial three months are paid month-to-month, one month in advance

    • A three-month retainer is collected upon signing; upon renewal for the season’s final three months, the retainer will apply to each month

  • Pricing: Based on the site and billed at a flat monthly rate. If the contract is not renewed, the retainer is refunded minus any outstanding balance owed.
